Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel an online order within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate any requests made after this window.

European and International Returns Policy
We extend a 14-day return window to all international customers, under the following conditions:
- You must notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.
- You are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Proper packaging and insurance
- Marking the package as "Returned Goods" to avoid customs charges
- We are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- The print has been handled improperly (e.g., with bare hands, scratched, creased).
- The work has been framed or altered.
- Custom-framed, made-to-order, or personalised prints.
- Damage due to mishandling after delivery.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
